Dramatrix Corporate Training offers a variety of training in Central and Eastern Europe: presentation training, communication training, negotiation training, media training, customer service training as well as open trainings.

'Speak!' Presentation Skills training: focus on the non-verbal elements of communication, a real practical training ? learning by doing. The communication skills training: based on soft skills development. With negotiation skills training results: change in behavior, improvement in performance. Dramatrix?s motto: business communication is more of an art than a science.

Negotiation training improves personal communication: the ability to build trust and communicate knowledge. SALES training: drama workshops, communication role-plays simulation of real-life business situations. These exercises practice communication tools. Media skills training: give the right impression as a presenter, taking control by gestures and personal energy, make impact on the audience, keep their attention, delivering relevant message.

Assertive communication training: role of personality in communication, guiding the conversation, being assertive in a positive way, active listening. Management communication often fails because of negative masks or attitudes that block communication. Positive attitudes create the right impression and help overcome the listener?s negative attitude. These include both the assertive and empathetic modes.

Creativity training: small groups, drama exercises, individual attention, participants get feedback, coaching, practice. Participants overcome barriers and expand their range of expression and spontaneity and creativity. The team building training takes in account: participant's personality types, job-specific needs, organisational circumstances: theatre workshop techniques, participants improve their collaboration by creativity and spontaneity.

Conflict handling training: video recordings, analyze role-play situations regarding the non-verbal elements of communication, body language and intonation. Customer relations training aims at understanding the customer?s needs and offering tailored, unique solutions. Client Service training focusses on positive communication, long term relationship building. Situations with actors to show the receiving end of the interactions. Actors are experts in using the voice, gestures, body language and eye contact. Call Center training focuses on self-motivation, questioning techniques, handling conflicts and difficult personality types, briefly on the emotional side of communication. Customer communications training: establishing rapport with the client, Aim to understand the way physical attitude and energy affects the words said and thus the listener?s perception.

Biographies


John Cantwell


Co-founder of DRAMATRIX, John graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with a degree in Business Administration. 

He has lived in Europe since 1993, joining the start-up team of DRAMATRIX in 1995. Within DRAMATRIX, John is responsible  for operations, sales and  marketing.

John recently completed an MBA at CEU Business School in Budapest, where he lives with his partner Anita, and their two young sons, Levente and Ákos.



Greifenstein János   

 

János received his teaching degree from Budapesti Tanítóképzõ Fõiskola. His theatre achievements include directing productions for the Új Színház, Merlin Theatre, and Békés Megyei Jókai Színház. He has acted in numerous stage productions, and appeared in several films, including Kontroll and Magyar Vándor. János does extensive community work as Artistic Director of the “Piros Orr” Clowndoctors Foundation (Rote Nasen Clowndoctors International), where he is responsible for the continuous development of the team. He also has 12 years experience teaching art and computer skills in a Budapest elementary school.

 

A trainer with DRAMATRIX since 2006, and later as partner, he has run training and development workshops for numerous clients, including ALCOA, Xerox, K&H, OBI, Morgan Stanley, Heineken, Ford, Nestlé and KPMG.


Éry-Kovács András


András received a degree from Juhász Gyula Teaching College (Szeged), and a  Director’s diploma in 1983 from SzAk. His theatre achievements include directing theatre productions for the Budapest Operetta Theatre, Budapesti Kamaraszínház, Merlin and several others. He has been employed by the National Theatre of Pécs, worked as artistic and dramaturgy consultant at the Hungarian National Opera, and for 20+ years teaching speech and voice at the Budapest College of Performing Arts.

 

Member of DRAMATRIX since 2000. Has run training and development workshops for numerous clients, including Pfizer, Deloitte, Fujitsu Siemens, Millward Brown, Boston Consulting Group, Bols Premium, and DuPont.

 Andrew Hefler

Andy was born in Germany to American parents. After graduating from the University of Southern California, he moved to Hungary in 1993. He soon became a favourite of young movie directors and featured in such successes as Kontroll and Fekete Kefe. He performs regularly at the Hungarian National Theatre but he is also devoted to improvisational acting. As founder of the Grund Színház Impro Theatre Company, his troupe can be seen weekly in several venues in Budapest.

A member of DRAMATRIX as a trainer since 2004, and later as partner, he runs 'Speak!' Presentation Skills and 'Connect!' Relationship Building, and leadership and improvisational training.

Declan Hannigan

Declan Hannigan is an Irish actor and director who moved to Hungary in 2004. He has directed for different multinational companies in many countries. His most recent promotional films for the European Parliament and the European Space Agency means that he has not only directed in every European language and in 14 European countries but has also directed European astronauts in space. Declan has recently won the Madrid film Festival with his short film Csapás and is working on a feature film script set in Budapest. He is currently appearing as an actor in the film Good released in 2008 in Hungary.

Declan’s profile with DRAMATRIX is mainly assertive communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

 

Harsányi Bence

Since his early childhood, Bence has been connected to the theatre. He started at Földessy margit's studio at the age of 7. Later he lead the first drama group in the studio. He graduated as English teacher in ELTE and continued as a guest-lecturer at ELTE and International Budiness School. In 2004 and 2005 he was the art secretary of International Buda Stage. He also worked for the RTL Klub channel as actor, television host and program editor.

With his troupe, the Momentán Társulat, they are the only Hungarian representative of improvisational theatre in Hungary. With various improvised shows they entertain children and grown-ups, always funny, never the same.

He has been working for DRAMATRIX since 2004 primarily in assertivity and improvisation training.

 

Pokorny Lia

She started at the Pince Színház in 1993, and from 1997 was member of Bárka Színház. She featured in several motion pictures, e.g. Nexxxt (2000), I Love Budapest (2001), The Bonnie and Clyde of Miskolc (2004), Dinner (2008).

She's currently best known for her regular appearance in the TV Show, Beugró, together with Rudolf Péter, Kálloy-Molnár Péter and Szabó Gyõzõnes, gaining both critical and public acclaim.

She teaches performing arts in a high school in Budapest.

For DRAMATRIX she co-trains mostly in assertive and customer care training.

 


Nigel Campbell

Nigel trained in acting and directing, and has appeared in numerous stage productions. He combines the theatre background with business experience gained as an exhibition and event organiser in Paris.

 

Nigel has been training business people and diplomats (including the Japanese ambassador) in presentations and public speaking for over a decade, working with a wide range of nationalities. He has provided Presentation Skills training in Central and Eastern Europe for companies like Gillette, OMD, Abbott Laboratories and Leo Burnett.
